(2) Attachment of a Packet Switching Unit
Comply with the following procedure when installing a Packet Switching Unit.
Step 1
Open the levers of the Packet Switching Unit as shown in the figure below, and
insert it into the slot.

Caution:
Do not hold the area marked with
mounting or removing a PSU from GS4000 models. Doing this might deform
the outer frame of a PSU, and NIF might be damaged if you try to insert it
into a PSU with its deformed outer frame.
Caution:
When installing a Packet Switching Unit into the device, open its levers
as shown in the figure above. If you try to install it with its levers shut or
open too wide, its levers might be damaged when being inserted into the
slot
