CONNECTING A SETUP TERMINAL TO THE GS4000

(1) Connecting a Setup or an Operation Terminal to the CONSOLE Port of a GS4000
When connecting a setup (or an operation) terminal to the CONSOLE port of GS4000, this
should be done with the RS-232C cross cable (with D-SUB9 pins on both ends (female)).

Step 1
Connect the RS-232C cross cable to the GS4000 by inserting it into the CONSOLE
port of the GS4000, and then screw up the cable firmly to mount its position.

Likewise, connect the RS-232C cross cable to a setup terminal in the same manner
as above.
