System board and components
▶ Remove the following components from the system board as shown in the
related sections:
▶ Heat sinks:

Leave the CPU on the defective board for now.
▶ Memory modules:
Ensure to take note of the memory modules' mounting positions for
reassembly.
▶ Expansion cards:
If applicable, disconnect the riser card, see
on page 299.
Ensure to take note of the controllers' mounting positions and
cable connections for reassembly.
▶ iRMC microSD card:
▶ If applicable, M.2 SSD, see
