The NX workstation is not powering off when stopping

After stopping DR 100s, the NX workstation is not powering off
automatically.
Wait until the complete shutdown procedure has finished. This
may take up to 5 minutes.
Problem with communication between the NX software and the X-
ray generator.
Stop the NX workstation by performing a shutdown of the PC in
Windows.
The NX workstation cannot be shut down due to a software prob-
lem.
1. Open the lid at the side of the all-in-one PC.

2. Set the switch to ON.
3. Long press the power button at the front of the all-in-one PC.
The PC is shut down.
4. Return the swith to OFF to disable the power button and pre-
vent unintended shutdown of the all-in-one PC.
