Too little refrigerant in the cir‐
cuit or expansion valve defec‐
tive.
9. Check the pressure in the refrigerant circuit (with the A/C service station)
Rectifying fault
– Drain the refrigerant from
the refrigerant circuit.
• The volume of refrigerant
suctioned out corresponds
approximately to the speci‐
fied filling capacity:
– Replace expansion valve.
– Newly filling the refrigerant
circuit.
– Repeat check.
• The volume of refrigerant
suctioned out is considera‐
bly less than the specified
filling capacity:
– Search for leaks with the
leak detector, eliminate.
– Newly filling the refrigerant
circuit.
– Repeat check.
