Controlling the Tray Lift Motor

Figure 2-608 is a block diagram showing the tray lift motor (M5) drive circuit.
The tray lift motor is a DC motor, and the direction of its rotation is switched by signals (Table
2-603) from the finisher controller PCB Q1 (CPU) to the motor drive circuit.
When the stack tray reaches the stack tray upper limit sensor (S13) and the sensor sends signals
(S13D) to Q5, STCTCW2 will be cut off, and the motor stops to rotate clockwise.
Likewise, when the stack tray reaches the stack tray lower limit sensor (S12) and the sensor
sends signals (S12D) to Q5, STCTCCW2 will be cut off, and the motor stops to rotate
counterclockwise.
