CYLINDER HEADNALVES
CYLINDER HEAD INSTALLATION
Install the dowel pins and a new gasket.
Install the cylinder head onto the cylinder.
Be careful not
to
let
Apply engine oil to the cyhnder head bolt threads and

Install the cylinder head bolts with the washers.

Tighten the cylinder head bolts in a crisscross pattern in
two or three steps to the specified torque.

TORQUE: 51 N·m (5.2 kgf' m, 38 IbHt)
Install and tighten the cylinder head 6 mm bolt.
Install the cylinder head hanger plates and bolts.
Tighten the cylinder head hanger bolts to the specified
torque.
TORQUE : 54 N·m (5.5 kgf' m, 40 IbHt)
Tighten the cylinder head hanger plate bolts to the
specified torque.
TORQUE :
'09· '12: 33 N' m (3.4 kgf' m, 241bHt)
After '12: 32 N·m (3.3 kgf·m, 24Ibf·ft)
