workout settings, view equipment usage information; and service hardware validation dia-

FUNCTION
Set of automated diagnostic tests
used to troubleshoot, calibrate, and
verify machine operation.
1) Information page; provides
product software/hardware version
and equipment usage information
2) Display Error Log; provides his-
tory of event error codes and dia-
gnostics used for maintenance and
troubleshooting.
Customizable user workout set-
tings.
DEMO mode is used to demon-
strate the R40 console Workout pro-
gram screens. DEMO mode
continuously cycles through each
Workout program until DEMO
mode is exited**, see
Mode" on page 34.
Important: DEMO mode can easily
fool you into believing that the con-
sole is not operating correctly.
DEMO mode locks-out the use of
all operating hardkey and softkey
