2. Weight off wheels automatically transitions the transponder to the altitude
reporting setting (ALT)
Mode can also be set using the keyboard
1. Press SBY, GND keys to set transponder as necessary
VFR
Pressing the right line select key 4 automatically sets the VFR transponder code
(1200) in the selected transponder
IDENT Feature (AVAILABLE ON KEYBOARD and SIDESTICK)
A transponder IDENT feature is available through a dedicated key on the
keyboard. There is also a pinky controlled switch on each sidestick dedicated to
IDENT.
NOTE:
If the selected transponder is not in ON or ALT, there is no affect
