Gas burner pipe replacement instructions

Arrangements:
Disconnect unit from the gas and electrical supply.
Disassemble gas valve according to mounting instructions No.21 HD_02/2008.
Disassemble gas blower according to mounting instructions No.22 HD_02/2008.
Disassemble gas burner according to mounting instructions No.23 HD_02/2008.

The assembly has to be

must be replaced. Use Anti-Seize for all nuts [1]!
Make sure that no metal hairs of the burner be in the area of the ionization electrode [4]!

If necessary, remove (shave burner surface in this area) longer "hairs" to prevent a ground

Mount gas burner, blower and valve according to mounting information.
