Turn out the screws and remove shaft plate

Remove shaft seal [5].
➢
Assembling:
The assembly has to be

Replace shaft ring seal [5] #211084 !
➢
Mount shaft plate loosely by hand.
➢
Place a small amount of grease (high temp. resistant, food safe) on the motor shaft (very thinly,
➢
not at the cone area of the shaft)
Mount the fan motor by applying the 4 nuts [4]. Torque: 20 Nm.
➢
Turn the shaft slowly by hand and tighten the four screws from the plate [3] easily.
➢
Plug fan wheel and mount hexagon screw [1]. Torque: 30Nm.
➢
Connect all plugs.
➢
Fix all hoses at the motor.
➢
Carry out final performance check
➢
Mount air baffle and left side wall.
➢
carried out in reversed order.
