Solid state relay (heating system) replacement instructions

Valid for:
SmartCombi ClassicCombi MM203668
Arrangements:
Disconnect the unit from the power supply. Remove left side wall.
Disassembling:
1
Location at 6xx & 1xx
Unmount solid state relay (SSR (10A)) [1,2].

Additional note for 20.x floor units:
The SSR´s [1] energizing the upper element, the
SSR´´s [2] the lower heating element.
Assembling:
Clean heat sink surface (Remove heat conductor

foil).
Connect wires to the new SSR.

Mount SSR with new heat conductor foil on the
➢
heat sink [3]( MM203671).
Final function test.
➢
Close and lock front panel as well as mount the side
➢
wall.
