Risk of fire or equipment damage caused by electrostatic dis-
charge. Organic solvents delivered at high flow rates can build
an electrostatic charge. The conductive black tubing supplied
in the kit dissipates the electrostatic charge. If handling organic
solvents at high flow rates, do not substitute the conductive
tubing.
Note
Cut the tubing with a tubing cutter to ensure that the end is cut
cleanly and free from any deformation.
4. Prepare one end of each tubing piece as shown in Figure
2-10.
5. Using two wrenches, connect the In and Waste tubing to
the valve using caution to prevent damage to the plastic
valve body.
