6.2 Repairing of Spectrum Analyzer
In case hard problems occur to your spectrum analyzer,
please contact with us by Tel or Fax. If hardware failures
of spectrum analyzer have been confirmed and it really
needs repairing, please pack spectrum analyzer by original
packing material and packing case, and handle according to
following steps:
(1) Write a detailed explanation about spectrum analyzer's
failure phenomenon, and place it inside packing case.
(2) Put equipment into dustproof/anti-static plastic bag, to
avoid possible damage.
(3) Use adhesive tape to seal packing case's opening, and
use nylon strap to reinforce packing case.
(4) Make "FRAGILE! NO TOUCH! HANDLE WITH
CARE!" on packing case.
(5) Please consign it as precise instrument.
(6) Keep all copies of shipping documents.

Notice
Spectrum analyzer may be damaged if it is packed by
other kind of material. Don't use polystyrene spheres to
pack instrument for they can't completely make
instrument not move inside packing case and instrument
may be damaged.
