MESSAGE
Loss of communication on the drive board between processors.
Solutions:
Cycle power to the welder
Call Dukane service
The load has exceeded the drive's capability.
Solutions:
Increase current delay to 3 seconds.
Auto-tune the system.
Lower weld pressure.
Call technical support.
Light curtains were obstructed during a cycle, or some other fault aborted the cycle.
An E-Stop has been pressed or the back service doors are open.
Solutions:
Clear all "E-STOP" buttons and press the "E-STOP RESET" button.
Close back doors.
Check E-Stop circuit safety relay.
During "Auto-Ping" frequency has deviated more than ".5Hz".
Only an auto-tune will reset alarm.
Solutions:
Verify that all 12mm bolts attaching the tool to the machine are installed and
torqued to [100 foot pounds].
Check that all bolts on the tool are tightened to the manufacturer's specification.
Check that the tool weight range & balance are within machine compatibilities
Cycle has been aborted, because the front door proximity sensor did not detect anything
after 3 seconds of zero motion.
Solutions:
Check if the sensor is aligned with the target when the door is closed. If not, you
may need to make adjustments.
Verify you have enough air pressure to close the door. Sometimes you have enough
to close the door but not enough to compress the rubber seal. In this situation
the sensor's target will be slightly out of its detection range.
PLC did not detect a heartbeat from the drive.
Solutions:
Reset alarm message.
Check for cable connections between PLC & machine.
Cycle power to the machine.
