Xerox Document Centre System Administration Guide
With the scan or fax options installed, you may also use Internet
Services to create, modify and delete scan or fax templates.
With Internet Services and a web browser users can print or scan
documents using the Document Centre and System Administrators
can:
enable users to print and scan without installing any client

integrate into other web-based printer management tools

remotely configure and manage Xerox Printers

monitor printer and consumable status

easily access Xerox support home pages and customer-

definable hotlinks
Easy Setup
Administrators will enjoy the convenience of being able to define
printer settings and network connections from any workstation with
a web browser. When installing several printers on the network, the
programme's clone feature provides a quick shortcut to duplicating
the settings from one printer to another.
