Xerox Document Centre System Administration Guide
To restrict permissions:
1.
Open your Web browser and enter the TCP/IP address of the
Document Centre in the Address or Location field.
2.
Click the Properties tab or click Properties in the directory
tree.
3.
Select Connectivity, then select HTTP in the directory tree.
4.
Select IP Restrictions in the directory tree.
5.
Enter an IP address.
6.
Click Restrict. The IP address is added to the IP Address Per-
missions list.
7.
Click Apply New Settings to accept the changes or Restore
Settings to return the settings to their previous values.
The settings are not applied until you restart the Document Centre.
To remove an IP address from the list:
1.
Open your Web browser and enter the TCP/IP address of the
Document Centre in the Address or Location field.
2.
Click the Properties tab or click Properties in the directory
tree.
3.
Select Connectivity, then select HTTP in the directory tree.
4.
Select IP Restrictions in the directory tree.
5.
Select an IP address in the IP Address Permissions list.
6.
Click Remove. The selected address is removed from the list.
7.
Click Apply New Settings to accept the changes or Restore
Settings to return the settings to their previous values.
The settings are not applied until you restart the Document Centre.
