• 5/32" Allen Wrench

Replacing the Elastomer Shock

1. Remove Allen Screws from hinge and push out the
threaded spacer. See Figure 117.
2. Rotate the fork stem section to release the
elastomer shock. Note: The metal disc is glued to
the top of the elastomer shock.
3. Install the new elastomer shock (making sure the
metal disk is facing upward toward the fork stem).
4. Push firmly on the fork stem to facilitate reinstalling
the Allen Screws and threaded spacers.
