Configures overall machine operation.

Set the language to use for the touch panel display.
Select inch or metric for the unit for paper dimensions.
Value: mm, inch
Select Fahrenheit or Celsius for the unit for temperature.
Value: Fahrenheit, Celsius
Change the layout of the touch panel keyboard used to enter characters.
Value: QWERTY, QWERTZ, AZERTY
Select the type of optional keyboard that you want to use.
Value: US-English, US-English with Euro, French, German, UK-English
Set the date and time for the location where you use the machine. If you perform Send as
E-mail, the date and time set here will be displayed on the header.
Value: Year (2000 - 2035), Month (1 - 12), Day (1 - 31), Hour (00 - 23), Min. (00 - 59),
Second (00 - 59)
NOTE
If you change the date/time while using the trial version of an option or extended function,
you will no longer be able to use the option or extended function.
Select the display format of year, month, and date. The year is displayed in Western
notation.
Value: MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY, YYYY/MM/DD
Set the time difference from GMT. Choose the nearest listed location from the list. If you
select a region that utilizes summer time, configure settings for summer time.
