States of the RDY LED
Of the LEDs on the front of the NCU, only the RDY LED and its status is important when
booting up the NCU.

All yellow, set by PLC/option module
No boot device was found: Code 1F or Code FF.
The CF card is defective or not bootable, or it does not contain
any system software.
Slowly flashing red (0.5Hz)
Set by PLC/option module
Loading the operating system involves three phases, which
are displayed on the 7-segment display.
