Configure the "New tool - favorites" window

Specify the most frequently used tool types in the
<NEWTOOLFAVORITESCONFIGURATION> tag.
The specified tool types are displayed in the "New tool – Favorites" window

Numbers of tool types Enter the individual numbers, separated by blanks.
