CCD MOVE TO HOME

Purpose
To move the Scanner to its home position
and fix it at the home position.
✽ When transporting the copier

SCAN TEST

Purpose
To check that the Exposure Lamp turns ON
properly and the Scanner moves properly.
✽ When the scan motion is faulty

ADF WIDTH ADJ. (MAX)

Purpose
To adjust the Original size detection VR.
✽ When PBA-VR board is replace
✽ When PBA-CONT board is replace

(10) ADF WIDTH ADJ. (MIN)

Purpose
To adjust the original size detection VR.
✽ When the scan motion is faulty
✽ When PBA-CONT board is replace

(11) ADF SENSOR ADJUST

Purpose
To automatically adjust the detection level
of original path sensor.
✽ When each sensor is replaced
✽ When original size detection error occurs
Setting Details/Precautions
• Pressing the Start key will move the Scan-
ner toward the left from its standby posi-
tion.
<Step>
1. Press the Start key to move the Scanner
from the standby position to the home
position.
✽ Pressing the Stop key will bring the Scan-
ner back to its original position.
