Making Adjustments

If problems such as hunting and vibration caused by control performance occur during trial operation,
change the settings of the constants listed below according to the selected control method. The table
below lists only the most commonly used constants.

Adjustment Method
Setting
• If torque or speed response
is slow, reduce the setting.
0.50 to 2.00
• If hunting or vibration
occurs, increase the setting.
• If torque or speed response
is slow, reduce the setting.
20 to 100 ms
• If hunting or vibration
occurs, increase the setting.
• If speed response is slow,
reduce the setting.
100 to 5000 ms
• If speed is unstable, increase
the setting.
• If speed is too low, increase
the setting.
0.5 to 1.5
• If speed is too high, decrease
the setting.
• If torque or speed response
is slow, increase the setting.
2.00 to 15.00
• If hunting or vibration
occurs, decrease the setting.
• If torque or speed response
is slow, decrease the setting.
1.000 to 10.000 s
• If hunting or vibration
occurs, increase the setting.
Set the output frequency so
that the ASR proportional gain
0.0 to maximum
and integral time can be
output frequency
secured at both low and high
speeds.
