Transition from NORMAL to SLOW
Figure:4.2.6 shows the mode transition procedure from NORMAL to SLOW.
(The low-speed clock oscillation is enabled in the low-speed oscillation clock control register (SCLKCNT). Fig-
ure:4.1.1 shows the Operation Enable signal for external slow-speed oscillation circuit or internal slow-speed
oscillation circuit.)
