4.3 Redundant operation
If operating two or more H
control in case that one display fails. Depending on the used output cards and whether digital or analog data
transfer is used, different configurations must be applied.
Digital output with one channel output card
If the H
units are connected to projection modules with digital input and if one channel output cards are

used, they must be equipped with a second output card for redundant operation each. One output card is con-
nected as usually to the projection module, the second output card is connected to the input connector of the
overlay input card of the other H
Analog output with one channel output card
If the H
units are connected to projection modules with analog input and if one channel output cards are

used, one output card per H
the projection module, the digital connector [2] of the output card is connected to the overlay input card of the
other H
