The H
is able to detect and display further video related information. This is in particular closed caption (CC),
YDRA
extended data structure (XDS), vertical interval time code (VITC), wide screen signaling (WSS) and video index
information coding (VLI), both with an option of the active format descriptor (AFD) and embedded audio. Fur-
thermore tallies and LTC can be processed.
4.2.1 Capability of the input cards
The above mentioned detection of video related information is not supported in the same way by all of the input
boards. Please see in the table below the abilities of the video input cards.
