6.2

Reversing the burner door

At the factory the burner door hinges are fitted on the r.h.
side, i.e.
the burner door will open to the right. You may move
the burner door hinges to the l.h. side to match the boiler to lo-
cal conditions.
Prerequisite: The burner cover and burner door have
been removed (
Chapter 5.1, page 20).
B First remove the hinge pin hexagon bolts and then
the hinge pins.
B Fit the hinge pins with the hexagon bolts on the l.h.
side of the boiler.
B First remove the hinge lobe hexagon bolts and then
the hinge lobes.
B Fit the hinge lobes with the hexagon bolts on the l.h.
side of the burner door.
B Hook the burner door with the hinge lobes onto the
hinge pins.
B Close the burner door with the two hexagon bolts.
Tighten the hexagon bolts evenly (approx. 10 Nm) to
properly seal the burner door.
B Attach mains, sensor and communication cables to
SAFe. With balanced flue operation, attach combus-
tion air hose as well.
