Condensate drain

Ensure by means of a correct condensate drain that no
condensate can drain into the boiler.
USER INFORMATION
B Drain the condensate that is generated
in the flue correctly.
B Ensure that the condensate drain ter-
minates in a tundish with siphon.
B When draining the condensate into a
public sewer ensure that country-speci-
fic standards and directives are obser-
ved.
B Also observe all regional regulations.
B Connect the boiler by means of an acid-resistant
condensate hose with the neutralising system (ac-
cessory).*
B Routing with a slope of at least 3°.

Ensure that the condensate hose is not
kinked to prevent condensate backing up.

neutralising system.

In accordance with the ATV Code of
Practice A251, neutralising is not required
for low-sulphur fuel oil EL (sulphur content
< 50 ppm) up to 200 kW boiler output.
