Positioning the boiler
6.3

Fitting adjustable feet or a boiler plinth

You can level the boiler with the adjustable feet or the
plinth to prevent air pockets forming inside the boiler.
Prerequisite: The burner cover has been removed
(
Chapter 5.1, page 20).
To simplify installation work use a boiler trolley underne-
ath the boiler (
Chapter 5.3, page 21).

6.3.1 Fitting the adjustable feet

USER INFORMATION
The adjustable feet are not required when
installing the boiler on a horizontal DHW
cylinder.
B Tilt the boiler using a suitable transport accessory
(
Chapter 5.3, page 21) or place a timber support
underneath.
B Turn the adjustable feet 5 - 10 mm into the boiler.
B Gently set the boiler down.

6.3.2 Fitting the boiler plinth (accessory)

B Turn the adjustable feet 5 - 10 mm into the second
elements of the boiler support.
