11 Heating system inspection and maintenance
USER INFORMATION
If, during the inspection, you discover that
maintenance work is necessary, carry out
the work as required.
Demand-dependent maintenance work
1. Shutting down the heating system
2. Remove and clean the hot gas baffle plates
3. Clean hot gas flues (heating surfaces) and combustion chamber,
and afterwards reposition hot gas baffle plates in their original loca-
tions
4. Check gaskets/packing cord on the burner and burner door and re-
place if required
5. Check and clean the condensing heat exchanger system,
poss. replace gaskets
6. Combustion air supply flue gas routing
– Clean ventilation air system
– In the case of concentric combustion air supply and flue gas pipe,
clean the condensed water discharge
7. Commissioning the heating system
8. Final check of the maintenance work
9. Check the function and operational safety
