Checking the location of the hot gas baffle plates

Prior to commissioning check that the hot gas baffle pla-
tes are horizontally positioned.
B Pull the power plug from the SAFe.
B Open the burner door by removing the two hexagon
side bolts.
B Slightly pull the hot gas baffle plates out of the hot
gas flues.
BOILER DAMAGE
Never remove or reposition the hot gas
baffle plates.
B Position the hot gas baffle plates horizontally and
push them into the hot gas flues.
B Close the burner door and secure with the two hexa-
gon bolts (tighten to approx. 10 Nm). Tighten the he-
xagon bolts evenly to properly seal the burner door.
B Attach the power plug to the SAFe.
8.3 Preparing the heating system for
operation
B Turn on the fuel supply at the main shut-off valve.
B Switch on the heating system emergency stop switch
(if installed) and/or insert/set the corresponding do-
mestic fuse/circuit breaker.
