Additional Setting of DeviceNet Speed
Settings
 This parameter needs to work with Pr.09-71.
 Pr.04-20=0: in this mode, baud rate can only be 0,1,2,3 as the standard DeviceNet setting.
 Pr.04-20=1: with the additional setting, the baude rate of the Device Net can be (0-8), the same
as the CANopen.
