MULTI FUNCTION DISPLAY
To turn an Airspace Alert on or off:
1. Select the System Setup Page.
Press the FMS knob momentarily, to activate

3. Turn the large FMS knob to highlight the
desired 'AIRSPACE ALERTS' field.
Turn the small FMS knob to display the options

5. Turn the FMS knob to select 'YES' or 'NO' and
press the ENT key.
To change the altitude buffer distance set-
ting:
1. Select the System Setup Page.
2. Press the FMS knob momentarily, to activate
the flashing cursor.
Turn the large FMS knob to highlight the 'ALTI-

TUDE BUFFER' field.
4. Turn the small and large FMS knobs to select an
altitude buffer value and press the ENT key.
Arrival Alerts
An arrival alert, provided on the System Setup Page,
can be set to notify you with a message when you have
reached a user-defined distance to the final destination
(the direct-to waypoint or the last waypoint in a flight
plan). Once you have reached the set distance (up to 99.9
units), an "Arrival at [waypoint]"message is displayed on
the PFD Navigation Status Bar.

displays the following information:
• Arrival alert setting
• Trigger distance for arrival alerts
The Arrival Alerts section of the System Setup Page
allows the following operations:
• Enabling and disabling of arrival alert
• Setting trigger distance for arrival alerts
To enable/disable an Arrival Alert:
1. Select the System Setup Page.
Press the FMS knob momentarily, to activate
