Removing the reservoir
• Make sure that the PTT rams are fully
extended when removing the reservoir,
otherwise fluid can spurt out from the
unit due to internal pressure.
• Do not push the PTT rams down while
the reservoir is removed from the PTT
unit, otherwise fluid can spurt out.
1. Remove the reservoir a and O-ring b.

TIP:
Place a container under the PTT unit to catch
the fluid.
Removing the PTT motor
1. Remove the PTT motor assembly a, O-
ring b, gear pump filter c, and joint d.
Disassembling the PTT motor
1. Remove the screw a, and then slide the
lead holder a and rubber seals b away
from the stator b.

2. Remove the PTT motor screws c, and
then
remove
NOTICE: Hold the end of the armature
shaft with a pair of pliers, and then
remove the armature together with the
motor base assembly, otherwise the
armature could separate from the
motor base assembly due to the
magnetic force of the stator b and
damage the brushes.

3. Remove the armature d.
4. Disconnect the PTT motor lead (B/W:
Black/White) c.

5. Disconnect the PTT motor lead (B:
Black) d, and then remove the brushes
e and f. NOTICE: Do not touch the
bimetal e, otherwise the operation of
the circuit breaker can be affected.
