Checking the electrical component / Engine control units and components
The resistance shown is the value taken
before the engine start. It may change
depending on the environmental conditions
and the ambient temperature.
Input voltage changes depending on the bat-
tery voltage.
If the tester probe cannot be inserted in the
coupler, prepare a test lead suitable for the
measurement.

Terminal, male a: 9E212-10303
Terminal, female b:
(commercially available)

Checking the main relay

1. Remove the main relay a.
2. Connect the positive battery lead to the
relay terminal a, and the negative bat-
tery lead to the relay terminal b, and
then check for continuity between termi-
nals c and d. Replace the relay if out of
specification. NOTICE: Do not reverse
the battery leads.
