Removing headlight
1.
Remove rear and center shroud. See 6.8.1 Replacing
rear shroud, page 38 and 6.8.2 Replacing center shroud,
page 38.
2. Take exact note of the positions of all cables and the
sockets that they are connected to. Mark the connectors
and sockets or take a photograph with a digital camera.
3. Disconnect cable of affected headlight from lighting
circuit board (2).
4.
Open cable clamps (1) remove all cable ties and pull
cable out of mobility device.
5. Loosen both nuts (1) and remove headlight with bracket
from rubber mounting.
6. Loosen both screws (2) to remove headlight from holder.
7. Replace headlight.
Installing headlight
1. Install parts in reverse order.
2. Install cables carefully and secure them with cable
clamps and cable ties. See "Installing".
3. Tighten screws finger-tight.
4. Check all mobility device functions.
5. Adjust headlight roughly using ratchet plate as a guide.
The user can carry out the final adjustment following
user manual.

6.10.6 Replacing headlight (on Modulite conventional)

• Size 2 Phillips screwdriver
• 6 mm wrench
• Side cutting pliers
• Tie wraps

Removing headlight
1.
Remove rear and center shroud. See 6.8.2 Replacing
center shroud, page 38 and6.8.1 Replacing rear shroud,
page 38.
2. Take exact note of the positions of all cables and the
sockets that they are connected to. Mark the connectors
and sockets or take a photograph with a digital camera.
3. Disconnect cable of affected headlight from lighting
circuit board (2).
4. Open cable clamps (1) remove all cable ties and pull
cable out of mobility device.
5.
Loosen screw A and remove headlight.
6. Loosen both screws to remove headlight from holder.
7. Replace headlight.
Installing headlight
1. Install parts in reverse order.
2. Install cables carefully and secure them with cable
clamps and cable ties. See "Installing".
3. Tighten screws finger-tight.
4. Check all mobility device functions.
5. Adjust headlight roughly using the ratchet plate as a
guide. The user can carry out the final adjustment
following the user manual.

6.10.7 Replacing headlight (LED)

• 8 mm wrench
• 4 mm Allen key
• Diagonal pliers
• Cable ties
Removing headlight
1.

2. Carefully note location of cable and connection locations
of various plugs. Either mark each plug and socket, or
take a photograph with a digital camera.
3. Loosen cable leading to lighting PCB from headlight
affected (2).
4. Open cable clamps (1), remove all cable ties and pull
cable out of mobility device.
