Use this chapter to configure InfoPrint Manager to print using your printer.

If you have not already done so, install InfoPrint Manager.

Decide which type of destination you want to define in InfoPrint Manager for this printer.

Choosing an InfoPrint Manager Destination Type
InfoPrint Manager provides various Destination Support Systems (DSSs). The type that is most
appropriate for your environment is based on what data stream you want to print (IPDS, PCL, or
PostScript). Use the following table to determine what type to use.

Adding a PSF TCP/IP Printer
Create a PSF TCP/IP destination to define a printer that receives IPDS jobs using the TCP/IP protocol.
Before adding a PSF TCP/IP printer, complete the following worksheet:
