Preparatory work

Oil all parts carefully before assembling.

Check the transmission. (
Main work
–
Fix the main shaft in the vise with the geared end facing downward.
Guideline
Use soft jaws
–
Mount stop disk .

Mount 6th-gear idler gear
–
Mount collar bushing

–
Mount stop disk and lock ring

–
Mount 3rd/4th-gear sliding gear
–
Mount lock ring .

–
Mount stop disk .
8
–
Mount 5th-gear idler gear
–
Mount 2nd-gear fixed gear
–
Finally, check all gear wheels for smooth operation.
