Take off cylinder base gasket
–
Remove dowels

–
Slip out timing chain
Info
If the timing chain is to be reused, mark the direction of travel.

Remove screw
–
Take off the timing chain tensioning rail from above.

Remove screws
–
Remove the water pump cover with the gasket.

Remove locating pins

Lock the clutch basket and primary gear using special tool

Remove nut
–
Take off the water pump wheel
