16.5.22 Installing the piston (125 Duke)

Mount locating pins

Mount the water pump cover with the seal ring.

Install the screws

Screw, water pump cover

Shift the joint of the piston rings by 120°.

Push the piston carefully into the cylinder from below.

The piston rings should not become caught; otherwise, they may be dam-
aged.

Mount and tighten screw
