Creating a Custom New Program

If none of the Programs stored on the KDS Legato 100,
111 or 180 Series match your requirements, you can
create a new Program and store the Program for use.
The following flow diagram outlines the basic steps you
will follow to create a new Program:

TO CREATE A NEW USER-DEFINED PROGRAM

1. From the Program Configuration or Programs
screen, choose the Program Select button to enter
the Program Selection screen.
2. Select New Program then choose Accept or press
New Program again.
3. On the Program Name screen, type the name of
your Program using the onscreen keyboard.
Choose the Symbols/Numbers button
display the list of available numbers and symbols
that can be included in the Program Name. To
switch the keyboard back to letters mode, choose
the Letters button (ABC).
