3. Install new bottom pan gasket and bottom pan with
attaching screws. Torque to 12 lb. ft.

MODULATOR VALVE AND
VACUUM MODULATOR
Install
1. Install modulator valve into case, stem end out.
2. Install O-ring seal on vacuum modulator.
3. Install vacuum modulator into case (Fig. 7A4-187).

4. Install modulator retainer and attaching bolt. Torque
bolt to 18 lb. ft.
GOVERNOR
Install
1. Install governor into case (Fig. 7A4-188).
2. Attach governor cover and new gasket with four (4)
attaching bolts. Torque bolts to 18 lb. ft.
