If you select an incorrect destination, pressing the
No/Clear key will cancel the inclusion of this
destination in the broadcast.
2. Press the Yes key if the party has been correctly
selected.
The Message Display now prompts you to
select the next receiving destination.
If you want to continue selecting the receiving destinations using the One Touch
keys, repeat steps 1 to 2.
(2) Using the Speed Dial to specify the destinations.
1. Press the Speed Dial key.
2. From the Numeric keys, enter the Speed Dial number in which the receiving party
has been registered.
For example: To select Speed Dial 23 (DALLAS) for Broadcast 001.
Press Speed Dial key, then press '2' and '3' of the
Numeric keys without pressing the YES key.
The Message Display shows the destination
registered in Speed Dial 23, indicating that it
has been selected for Broadcast 001.
