Basic FAX Operations
3. Press the Phone Book Key.
4. Press the or key to select "SEARCH", then,
press the Yes key.
5. Using the One Touch keys and Numeric keys, enter
the name or beginning portion of the name of the
party for which you want to search.
Example: Search for the destination name having "NEW YORK" at the beginning of the
name.
Selecting Characters:
Enter the characters of the name or beginning of the name by pressing the corresponding
One-Touch Key. Do the same for the destination you wish to locate.
6. Press the Yes key.
The machine now search for the exact name or possible names
beginning with the letters entered. Here you can find 2
destinations searched.
7. Press the or key to locate the party to whom you
are going to transmit a document.
