Printing Reports
Print a Report
A report could be automatically printed when the condition is met, or manually printed at
any time you need.
Automatic Print the report (Setting by Utility key)
The following reports can be set to Auto printing or Manual printing by Utility
function. When the Auto-Printing is set to ON, the report is printed automatically when
printing conditions are met; when the auto printing is set to OFF, you must use the
Confirm utilities to print the desired report.

NOTE: There is no need to set auto printing for following reports that are
automatically printing when printing conditions are met.

How to setting up this function
For example: Setting automatic "TX Result Report" printing
1. Press the Utility key 7 times to reach
"REPORTING".
Description
Prints a list of results of the last 60 communications.
Prints a list of the contents of reservations of Broadcast
transmission and multi-polling reception.
Prints a list of the result of a transmission after it has
been completed.
Prints out a list of the results when receiving a
confidential or multi-polling document, or when errors
occur during reception.
Description
After relay broadcast, machine will make a schedule
to transmit the report.
Prints a list of documents whose data has been lost
that was received in memory
Before turning OFF the power, prints out a list of
the SET utilities, etc., which were not stored in the
Report
Backup RAM because of memory error.
