You can view the details of the turret's type, number and directory name on
the display.
To display the turret's details:
1. Press PROGRAM and then press SPEAKER.
2. Enter the turret's passcode (see page 33).
3. The display shows the turret's type, number and on the bottom line the
turret's directory name.
4. Press PROGRAM to return to normal use or follow the steps below to
change the turret's directory name.
The system allows you to select which language to use for the turret's display.
To change the turret's display language:
1. Press PROGRAM and then SCROLL twice.
2. Press LANGUAGE.
3. Press CHANGE to select the language required or your system's
DEFAULT language. Press DONE.
A group's type sets the order in which the system rings group members when
a call arrives (see the glossary for details). Normally for ACD the group type
used is 'longest waiting'. This presents new calls to the agent who has been
free (not on a call) for the longest. The system rings the turret for the time set
by its ringer timeout before trying the next available agent (see page 30).
