5 SpeedTouch™610 Configuration Management
Applying a configuration
stored on the
SpeedTouch™610

In case the configuration file you intend to upload has the same name as (one of)

the configuration files on the SpeedTouch™610 permanent storage (e.g. user.ini),
you must either:
Rename the file name of the configuration file stored on your local disk
Rename the file name of the configuration file stored on the Speed-
Touch™610 permanent storage (As shown in the example below)
Delete the file from the SpeedTouch™610 permanent storage.
Put the configuration file to the SpeedTouch™610 '/dl' subdirectory (:

To activate a configuration file, stored on the SpeedTouch™610 '/dl' subdirectory, the
CLI command config load is used.
Below the syntax of the config load CLI command is provided:
=>help config load
Loads saved or default configuration.
Syntax : load [load_ip = <{no|yes}>] [defaults <{no|yes}>]
[flush = <{yes|no}>] [echo = <{no|yes}>]
[filename = <string>]
...
[config]=>
Following parameters are provided:
load_ip = <{no|yes}>
Allows you to define whether the current IP configuration should be preserved
(no), or the IP configuration as defined in the loaded configuration file should be
applied (yes). If not specified, load_ip=no.
defaults = <{no|yes}>
Allows you to reset the SpeedTouch™610 to its default configuration (yes). If not
specified, defaults=no. To load a configuration file, do not use this parameter.
