Problems on the Road
To replace the tire sealant canister,
do the following:
1. Remove the tire sealant and
compressor kit from the
vehicle.
See the following, earlier in
this section, for more
information:
- Removing the Tire Sealant
and Compressor Kit
2. Unwrap the clear sealant
filling hose from the
compressor.

3. Press the yellow button to
release the sealant canister.
4. Pull up on the sealant canister
to remove it from the air
compressor.
5. Press the new sealant canister
into place.
6. Wrap the sealant filling hose
around the air compressor
channel.
7. Stow the tire sealant and
compressor kit in the vehicle.

■ IF YOUR VEHICLE GETS
STUCK
If your vehicle gets stuck in sand,
mud, ice or snow, you will need to
spin the wheels.
Do not, however, spin the wheels
too fast.
The traction control system can
often help to free a stuck vehicle.
However, you may need to rock
the vehicle to free it.
See "Rocking Your Vehicle" later in
this section.
