For the USB Connection

Connect the printer to a computer with a USB cable, and then set the language that is displayed on the operator panel.
Memo
Use a USB2.0 cable that is 5 m or shorter in length (2 m or shorter is recommended).
1.
Check that the printer is turned off and the USB cable is unplugged from the computer.
2.
Turn the computer on.
Insert the "Software DVD-ROM" into the computer.
3.
When [AutoPlay] is displayed, click [Run Setup.exe].
Memo
If the [User Account Control] dialog box is displayed, click [Yes].
4.
Select a language from the drop-down list.
5.
Read the license agreement, and then click [Agree].
6.
Click [Next].
7.
Select the model name of the printer, and then click [Next].
