V Unscrew fixing nuts from the cleaning covers at the top
and bottom of the heat exchanger.
V Remove the cleaning covers.
V Unscrew the fixing nuts from the top and bottom of the
condensate pan cover.
V Remove the cover.
Dry cleaning the heat exchanger
Caution: Risk of injury from sharp edges on
the cleaning blades.
V To avoid injury, wear gloves when clean-
ing the boiler using cleaning blades (avail-
able separately).
V Clean the heat exchanger baffles horizontally and diag-
onally, using the long cleaning blade.
V Clean the back of the gas baffles from below by reach-
ing through the condensate tray with the short cleaning
blade.
